Project Description:
Reich is providing all required pre-development and construction management services
for the project. Pre-Development Services included Reich developing the project program
and space allocation requirements in coordination with the hotel flag and developing
various financial models to determine the proper mix of branded residences and hotel
keys to maximize profit and financial marketability to obtain construction financing.
Project consists of one high rise tower of 38 floors of concrete frame construction
for a 4-1/2 Star Hotel with 350 Hotel Rooms, and 60 Hotel-Branded Condominiums
