If not managed correctly, construction and development projects can be completed notoriously later than their original intended duration.  Reich Construction constantly monitors every activity on the project, using schedule software recognized in the industry that identifies and assigns responsibilities to all project activities to ensure an on time project completion.   An on time delivery saves finance cost and allows the owner to recognize revenue and profits earlier.
